Walace put in a solid performance in Udinese’s midfield as they drew 1-1 in Monza. Here are the 28-year-old’s thoughts on proceedings:
“I think that I can do better. I’m working hard with this in mind. The coach asked us to gee each other up, to lend each other a hand. The new signings will get to know the team better and improve.
“We reacted well to make it 1-1. We could’ve performed better in the first half. We gave our all to try and win but it wasn’t to be. At least we got a point.”
