The Sunday afternoon contest with Hellas Verona ended in bitter disappointment for Udinese, as they were denied a valuable three points by Thomas Henry's last-gasp equaliser to make it 3-3. Christian Kabasele and Lorenzo Lucca had given the home side a 2-0 lead in the first half, which the Gialloblu cancelled out through Milan Đurić and Cyril Ngonge, before Lucca scored his second with just 20 minutes to play. However, Henry's 97th minute header meant the spoils were shared.
