Our coach Kosta Runjaic has won a prestigious award – he has been named Serie A Coach of the Month for May.
The award comes following the Zebrette’s convincing performances in their matches against Torino and Cagliari - both of which were victories - with a total of four goals scored and zero conceded. These results build on the excellent performances Kosta Runjaic's team have put in since the beginning of March, recording five wins, three draws and only three defeats (all 0-1), an unbeaten away streak dating back to February 23 and six clean sheets.
Runjaic has claimed the Coach of the Month award in the final month of a season that has seen him lead Udinese to the 50-point mark for the first time since the 2012/13 campaign, improve on nearly every statistic compared to 2024/25, and develop a large number of players who are establishing themselves as highly sought-after figures at both national and international level.
The Coach of the Month award will be presented to our coach before kickoff in Udinese’s away game against Napoli.
