Kosta Runjaic and Idrissa Gueye took questions from journalists after Udinese's home defeat to Parma.
Runjaic: “We can score and win games without [Keinan] Davis. It's the same team. Parma sat very deep and we expected them to, as we'd seen their match against Napoli. They're a very well-drilled side.
“In this match whoever scored the first goal was going to have a big advantage. Unfortunately in the build-up to their goal we made a wrong decision.
“We had lots of chances. Our crossing could have been better at times but the team gave their all and could have scored. We played football and I'm sad for my players. We didn't deserve to lose today but that's football for you. Now we'll do our best to prepare for the next game, against Lazio.
“Credit to Parma because they played well and kept things tidy. We could have moved a bit faster with the ball at times but it was hot out there. Our movement was good and we switched positions well.
“Against teams that sit deep the biggest challenge is getting the first goal. Without that mistake in defence we would have taken a point, or with a bit of luck we might have won it.”
Gueye: “We didn't play badly but we weren't able to get any points.
“I'm making progress thanks to my team-mates and the coaching staff. It was difficult at the start but now I feel much better now and I feel I've improved.
“I can play as a centre forward or second striker depending on what the coach wants. I don't mind either way.”
