Damian Pizarro made a substitute appearance for Chile Under-20s on Friday night but was unable to prevent them from losing 2-1 to Paraguay in the South American U20 Championship.
The 19-year-old came off the bench in the 71st minute with his team trailing 1-0. Chile equalised soon after that, only to then concede an injury-time goal.
The result means La Roja remain on zero after two games of the final round.
Their next match is against Uruguay on 10 February.
