Maduka Okoye shared his views on Udinese's performance following the 1-0 reverse at AC Milan.
“It's a shame because we came here to win,” the goalkeeper began. “We battled away as a team. We were up against Milan at San Siro and that's not easy but we played very well. We did lots of things really well and we can build on those and take them into the next game.”
The 25-year-old was lauded for a number of top-class saves to keep Udinese in the game, although ultimately it proved to be in vain.
“I'm happy to help the team but the main thing is picking up points and we got none today. We're very grateful to our fans because without them nothing would be possible. Forza Udinese!”
