Lennon Miller, one of Europe's brightest young talents, has joined Udinese.
He has signed from Motherwell FC in Scotland and has penned a five-year contract.
A true midfield all-rounder, he possesses top-quality technical ability, an imposing physique and the typical Scottish competitive spirit.
Miller had attracted the attention of prestigious clubs across Europe and is an important signing for the present and for the future of the club.
Miller was born on 25 August 2006 in Wishaw, Scotland. He started out playing for Motherwell at a very young age, making his professional debut at the tender age of 16 in the Scottish League Cup and the Scottish Premiership.
In the 2023/24 season he also scored his first League Cup goal and featured 25 times in the league, (plus a further two appearances in the Scottish FA Cup), putting in noteworthy performances.
Lennon took a further step forward last season, scoring twice and providing eight assists across 32 league games, as well as another two goals in seven Scottish League Cup appearances.
It's no coincidence that he's been working with the Scottish senior national team since last March, making his debut in June, in which he played 22 minutes against Iceland. He then went on to make his first start, playing the entire game and providing an assist in his country’s 4-0 win against Liechtenstein on 9 June.
He also scored twice in five games for the U-21s, played seven times for the U-19s and featured 14 times for the U-17s.
Welcome to Udinese, Lennon!
