While Kingsley Ehizibue knows that there is plenty more work to be done, he was also convinced of the importance of the late equaliser at home to Napoli.
“It’s a really important point for us. We now have three finals ahead of us. We played well against a strong side, which is what we are as well.”
The full-back also described how good he felt after the stalemate.
“I’d like to thank the staff. I’m feeling better and better. Now we can think about our next game against Lecce. We’re expecting it to be intense. We’ll need to play just as we did against Bologna and Napoli.”
Ehizibue finished off by mentioning his team-mate Isaac Success, who struck a late equaliser in the game.
“Isaac is a really physical and strong player. He’s so important for us. I’m pleased for him and I hope he keeps scoring.”
