Keinan Davis was named Man of the Match in Udinese's win over Fiorentina. The English striker was a constant thorn in the Viola's side and converted a penalty to make it 2-0. After the match, he was interviewed alongside Adam Buksa, who came off the bench and scored the third in added time.
Davis: “I really missed the fans and my team-mates and they missed me. It was good to help them by getting a goal. I hope to continue like this till the end of the season.
“As a striker, you always want to score as many goals as possible. My target since the start of the season was to reach double figures and I think I can do it and help the team.”
Buksa: “I was out injured for six weeks but I'm pleased with the goal and the win today. We need to win at home and we're happy and proud to have done it.
“I did expect more from myself this season: I came here to play games and to score goals, but it's not easy when you have a team-mate like Keinan! I'm very happy for him too. We're a great team and we all play for Udinese. It doesn't matter who goes on the pitch and scores.”
