It had been a long time coming but Udinese finally picked up their first three points of the campaign with an impressive away win at AC Milan.

Roberto Pereyra netted the winner from the penalty spot on the hour mark after Festy Ebosele – a thorn in the Rossoneri's side all night – was brought down in the box.

It was no less than Gabriele Cioffi's side deserved as they had the better chances throughout the game, although Marco Silvestri was twice called into action in the dying minutes and came up with big saves both times to keep the scoreline intact.
