For the second time at the Dacia Arena, a graduation day was held for students at the University of Udine. The event organised in collaboration with our city's university was a great success.
As many as 5,000 people filled the stands of our stadium for the graduation ceremony, held for all the University of Udine students who graduated in the past year.
This major event strengthens the bond between the University of Udine and Udinese Calcio, and was an unforgettable day for the girls and boys that participated in this American-style ceremony.
"Our link with the University of Udine is now deep-rooted," says Udinese Calcio's managing director Alberto Rigotto.
"In our eyes, the Dacia Arena has always been a reference point for events beyond the realm of football at an international level, but also in the local area, with which we maintain a special bond."
He adds: "To experience a moment like this graduation day in our stadium is a message for the whole community, communicating that this is not only the home of football and Udinese but of the whole of Friuli.
"I would therefore like to thank the rector Roberto Pinton, with whom we have worked fruitfully for many years, demonstrated by for example by the discounted rates for student season tickets."
