International Media Days at Bluenergy Stadium

Three-day meeting with journalists from all over the world, shining a light on Udinese, Udine and Friuli Venezia Giulia

Udinese is back in the international spotlight. Bluenergy Stadium is the venue for an International Media Days event organised by Udinese Calcio in collaboration with Empower Sports: three days (2-4 March) in which the club opens up its doors to some of the most prestigious European and global sports media outlets. The aim is raise further awareness of Udinese's players, coaches and management figures, its on- and off-field projects, and the jewel that is Bluenergy Stadium.
 
Representatives from AS (Spain), Onze Mondial (France), Eleven Sports (Poland), Starzplay (Middle East), Talksport (UK), Flashscore and Sporty flew into Udinese for the occasion, together with Italian media such DAZN, Sky Sport and Radio TV Lega Serie A.
 
Journalists thus have the opportunity to carry out interviews, experience Bluenergy Stadium's first-class hospitality and discover the beauty of Udine thanks to Promoturismo FVG, while the event confirms the international appeal of Udinese, its business model and its innovative, sustainable facilities.
 
Magda Pozzo opened the International Media Days proceedings with the following comments: 
 
“Udinese represents a land and a people that is has three things in common with us: we always think big, we have a strong identity and we're stubborn. My family has run Udinese for 40 years, 31 of which have been spent in Serie A. Our club's best asset is continuity: without continuity, credibility and long-term planning, we would never have achieved the results we have managed. I want to thank everyone for making the journey here and I welcome you into our home.”
